Zeus Technology and VirtualSignature announce strategic partnership to deliver integration between VirtualSignature's unique and advanced onboarding and document signing platform and Proclaim (Access Group)

VirtualSignature enables legal and conveyance firms, estate agents, local authorities and accountants to onboard new clients more quickly and efficiently with its advanced eSignature, identification verification and dynamic SmartForms capability.

Meeting HMLR guidance and using the most stringent security measures, including anti-spoofing bio-metric facial recognition and geo-location technology, VirtualSignature can reliably identify an individual behind the signature, allowing for secure and fully compliant document exchange.

Announcing the partnership, Stephen Lucas, Managing Director of Zeus said, "More than ever, the demand for electronic signatures and identity authentication software has been accelerated by the ongoing pandemic.

VirtualSignature incorporates four, feature rich applications within a single platform which can be easily integrated into an existing CRM or Document Management System: SmartSign for electronic signatures, SmartCheck for client identity verification, SmartForms for dynamic online forms and SmartLink for client pre-qualification and authentication.

SmartSign includes VirtualWitnessing capability, as well as digital deed sealing and embedded eSignature blocks and SmartCheck will soon incorporate KYC/AML database checks, meaning that the entire onboarding journey is taken care of, offering the only solution of its kind in the market.
