Proclaim User Firm Beacon Law Adopts VirtualSignature-ID”s End-to-End Onboarding Solution

Beacon Law, a progressive personal injury specialist firm based in the North-West, has selected VirtualSignatures-IDapos;s onboarding solution after reviewing their requirements as part of plans to drive growth through process automation and engage with their clients more effectively.

A key priority was to integrate applications that manage the digital onboarding of clients into Proclaim. VirtualSignature-ID was selected to deliver a solution to include eSignatures, dynamic, responsive forms, client identity verification and KYC checks.

Mark Brierley, Partner at Beacon Law confirmed “We are delighted to be working with both VirtualSignature-ID and Zeus Tech Solutions to adopt this integrated solution with the benefits that it will bring to the firm and our clients.”

Mark has been keen to ensure that Beacon Law continuously upgrades and improves its service and has led the development of the firm’s cutting-edge IT systems to allow claims to be handled efficiently, and to meet the changing needs and requirements of clients.

Ste Lucas, MD Zeus Tech Solutions commented that “We have been working with VirtualSignature-ID for some time now and are fully aware of the benefits Proclaim user firms can derive. Just the fact that internal users can action a request to provide photo identification or send a letter to be eSigned from within Proclaim is a benefit as the adoption of this technology can be undertaken with little or no-training.

The applications on the VirtualSignature-ID platform have been built to inter-operate, working together to ensure a process, such as client onboarding, can be completely automated to drive efficiency.”

“Working collaboratively with firms, integration partners and experts in the legal claims sector has enabled us to develop our applications to meet the specific requirements that claims firms have.” Commented David Kern, CEO, VirtualSignature-ID

David added, “Zeus Tech Solutions continue to provide expertise and experience to the Proclaim user community and weapos;re delighted to be working with them on yet another project to deliver seamless integration between Proclaim and the SmartSign and SmartCheck iD-Validate applications, with photo ID and KYC checks being processed for Beacon Law.”
