I can't login to my account

If you find that you are unable to login to your VirtualSignature account, in most cases this is due to one of the following issues;

  1. Incorrect user email address: (This would normally correspond with your business domain name).
  2. Incorrect password: (You can click on the "Forgot My Password" link to reset this).

After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be locked for up to 30 minutes. However, you can request your login details by completing the help form located in this page.

Whenever contacting us, please provide as much information as possible so to help us identify you and your account. Once we have located your account, an automated email will be sent to you requesting answers to known security questions which you would need to confirm.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your login password, please follow these few simple steps;

  1. Go to the login page as usual.
  2. Click on the "Forgot Your Password" link.
  3. Enter your email address when prompted.
  4. An email will be sent to you with a link.
  5. Click on the link and follow the instructions.

Once you have completed the password reset procedure, you will then be able to login to your account.

How do I delete my data?

Under our data protection and privacy policy rules, you have the right to access, request or delete any personal data held about you in your VirtualSignature account.

Generally, we will only hold basic information which you would have provided to us when setting up your account and, under strict GDPR guidelines, we will not hold any more information than is necessary for you to securely use and operate the VirtualSignature portal and or any of its applications.
